We found Graeme Jones (Geo Hodges & Son Ltd) excellent to work with during our £2.5 million restaurant and retail build in 2012/13. Graeme took real pride in the project and with their superb site manager, Carl Odom, we achieved a fantastic new development that has worked above and beyond our expectations. From start to finish, the most cost effective use of materials and methods of construction enabled the project to come in slightly under the original budget – the whole team were keen to put their stamp on the project and were only too willing to make suggestions as to where improvements on the internal fit out could be achieved.
Geo Hodges and Son Ltd have acted as our Principal Contractor since 2005 and have successfully completed numerous projects on time and on budget. Hodges have been great, thoughtful and pro-active, very conscious of Health and Safety issues. All in all, a great weight off my mind.
We were first introduced to Hodges in early 2013 and following discussions they went on to build our new 250 seat coffee shop, they finished on time and were always a great source of information and in my experience courteous to the customers, in and around the Garden Centre. In 2017 we started talking to Hodges about a large to the Garden Centre. Hodges came in with the best all-round package and we started building in the summer of 2018. We have now finished a month ahead of schedule due to a well organised team from top to bottom. Their experience has certainly helped in getting aspects of the project finished on time to hit peak trading within the Garden Centre. Hodges care passionately about the project and this helped us to achieve our vision.
